Nothing beats a good freebie. The world is full of them, and let's face it, most freebies are not really worth having. But there is a type of freebie that I like: free trials. I like them  because I get, for a limited period of time, access to a service designed for paying customers (that translates into worthwhile, performance, quality and so on) . So , below is what I've tried so far and considered well worth my time. Beware, the trials are created with one thing in mind: converting you into a full paying customer. This is the only risk you take but hey it's you who makes the final decision. I must mention that two of these free trials convinced me I absolutely need to become a full paying customer (the sugarsync and the emusic).
In addition, if you have a blog or a website, these free trial programs are really worthy of recommending to your readers. Not only they'll thank you for pointing into the right direction but they might actually decide to subscribe for the full membership and you'll get paid a commission.
